Polycom approached Surefoot, as a current design and print supplier to create an externally managed platform to support their partners across EMEA. Surefoot built a full content managed system, allowing partners to login through a secure site to order promotional goods, datasheets and bespoke co-branded goods. Working through funded purchase orders or as a direct e-commerce purchase Surefoot stocked over 50 product types ready for same day distribution or a short-run bespoke order service for collaborative events. The Surefoot managed website was updated regularly with new products, allowing partners to source small orders of promotional goods at a fraction of the price of ordering the goods themselves. From clothing to executive gifts, budget giveaways to pop up displays, Surefoot built and managed the whole platform, whilst producing and maintaining consistent quality across all goods. The solution provided by Surefoot took the day to day management of partner requests away from marketing staff, giving them back valuable time in their roles.
